Alec Reid is an author and recording producer. He runs Alec Reid Recordings and is best known for adapting television shows and films on audiobooks. Some of these include "Keeping Up Appearances" and "Last of the Summer Wine". He wrote magazine articles and poems for "The Sunday Times". He also worked before as producer and director for BBC Radio and Radio 4.
He wrote and produced Surprise Adventures. He also helped produce some of the Railway Stories audiobooks.
