Oliver first appeared in the sixth season and has also appeared in Thomas' Trusty Friends and The Great Discovery.Oliver might make another appearance in the Thirteenth season.
Livery
Oliver is dark brown with a pale green back end of his cab. He also has the number 14 painted on him in red.
Name?
Oliver should not be confused with the steam engine Oliver.
Trivia
- Oliver is the fourth character introduced with caterpillar treads (the first 3 being Terence, Rod and Thumper). He is however the third character introduced with caterpillar treads within the TV Series, after Terence and Thumper.
- Oliver can be fitted with a bucket or a chisel for digging, and a scissor claw or a wrecking ball for demolition.
- Oliver has his face on the left side of his hydraulic arm, like Alfie.
